We are a non-profit foundation, an inclusive program with the most vulnerable sectors to provide technical education and promote permanent human development in favor of human dignity.
Why is the name POHMEF?
For a better Honduras, this name was considered due to our desire to generate a positive change in the minds of our fellow Hondurans, bringing them hope and moreover, the desire to move forward together as a country.

What We Do
Mision
We are a non-profit foundation, an inclusive program that promotes human development, integration, and improvement of practices and research in the rural area of northwestern Honduras; we support appropriate policies in health and education, being the link with the actors responsible for these changes.
Vision
Establish technical links through the signing of cooperation agreements necessary to raise the level of empowerment of practices of their means of production, protection of resources, promoting respect for the environment and sustainable practices, regenerative agriculture, zero tillage, diversification crop rotation added value of rural production reestablishing community relations in search of the common good.
Historical review
Honduras is a country that, paradoxically to its varied natural and cultural wealth, suffers from conditions of high social inequality, worse still, deepens to the point of generating homelessness and a new export product of human beings. To this phenomenon, a response of the migrant community and our community in Honduras is born through POHMEF, promoting models in communities seeking to improve their conditions they are the protagonists of this change.
